In the latest firmware releases (5.4.23) of ETS-EVO we changed the ID BOARD field editability.
ETS-EVO - ID BOARD customizable
To change the ID BOARD of your devices choose from the menu on the left the voice: "Network Configuration Panel". From the new screen change the first field of the first panel on the right (see pictures above, it's a gallery).
The character limit for the ID BOARD field is set to 20.
